DEBU DAO

The DAO will be named THE CLUB; its creation will be formalized during the release of DEBU Josei.

Debu holders will be able to contribute their thoughts and ideas to the DAO and guide its direction.

There will also be a DAO treasury where DAO members will be able to vote on where and how to spend it. A percentage of sale royalties will be allocated to the treasury amount voted by the DAO members.

This is also when we bring tokenomics into DEBU, allowing stackers to earn Phat tokens.
